How often should I take Calms Forté?

You can take Hyland's Calms Forté when you feel you need it, without worry of overdose.  You should follow label directions.

How many tablets can I take in one day? 

You cannot overdose on Hyland's Calms Forté.  Follow label directions for the correct dosage for your age.

If I wake up in the middle of the night, can I take 1 or 2 extra tablets?

How long can I take Calms Forté for?

Since Calms Forté is non-addicting, you can take this product as needed for an extended period of time without worry.  For chronic conditions, continue to take Calms Forté after you see the initial effects within 2-5 days.  Take Calms Forté while symptoms persist and are improving.  Discontinue use when symptoms are completely resolved.  It is okay to restart Calms Forté if symptoms recur.
